In Bread & Roses we enjoy musical self expression as we explore the various themes in our repertoire especially as they pertain to women and their empowerment.  Most of all, though, we just love to have fun!  We have a great time talking, laughing, and, oh, yah, singing with each other during rehearsals and in our performances.  Sometimes we get frustrated when we "just can't figure out how to find the next note!"  But when we nail a piece - man it feels good!  In Bread & Roses, we find kindred spirits to whom we relate the everyday ups and downs, and with whom we revel in the glorious harmonies we create!
