The SSN Festival “Power in Harmony” will be held at Loyola University 7/9 through 7/12. Bread & Roses is registered to participate and perform!

If you need to cancel your individual registration, you can do so by 4/30/25 for full refund minus processing fees and $25 handling fee.

If unable to participate due to +COVID test prior to the first SSN event, you can get a 50% refund minus processing fees and $25 handling fee upon request.

Campus meal plans are $36.89 per day per person for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Per meal options are available as well.

On-campus daily housing costs per person, including lodging tax: 

• Double Occupancy – Community Bath: $70.44 per person per night ($60 + 17.4% Chicago Lodging Tax) – Simpson
• Double Occupancy – Private Bathroom: $88.05 per person per night ($75 + 17.4% Chicago Lodging Tax) – Regis or Francis
• Single Occupancy – Community Bath: $93. 92 per person per night ($80 + 17.4% Chicago Lodging tax) – Simpson
• Single Occupancy – Private Bathroom: $117.40 per person per night ($100 + 17.4% Chicago Lodging Tax) – Regis or Francis
• Apartment (up to 4 occupants, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom): $257.10 per apartment per night ($219 + 17.4% Chicago Lodging Tax) – Santa Clara. For this option, one person will pay for all occupants, provide the names and festival registration order numbers to Loyola, and work out payment among the group. (All other options are paid by individuals, who will provide the name of their roommate, if selecting a double occupancy room.)

Carpooling is encouraged and parking on campus including in and out privileges is $10 daily.
